Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and helping people? Rhino-Back Roofing is looking for a Appointment Coordinator with sales experience to join our high-energy, fast-paced team. If you’ve got experience making and taking calls, setting appointments, and nurturing leads, we want to talk to you!

Does This Sound Like You?

• Do you have 1+ years of call center or sales experience (Experience in retail, bartending, grocery stores, or coffee shops is also relevant!)
• Proven success in high-volume inside sales with a focus on setting and confirming appointments, lead nurturing, and generating new business.
• A strong salesperson who thrives on turning leads into appointments.
• Skilled at managing a busy schedule of outside sales reps and ensuring their appointments are locked in and ready to go.
• Comfortable making 100-150 outbound calls a day, keeping the momentum going.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, and appointment scheduling
- Ability to effectively engage in warm calling and outbound calling
- Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce, and technology sales
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and business development acumen

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
