Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage maintenance for our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities. We have a complex manufacturing environment that features electrical (PLC) and heavy machinery with an emphasis on extrusion.  The Maintenance Supervisor will be tasked with ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly, and that any necessary repairs or maintenance is performed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing the maintenance team
• Planning and scheduling maintenance work
• Performing maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with equipment
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work
• Training and developing maintenance staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, and PLC Maintenance
• Experience with Electrical Motors and Electrical Controls
• Experience with Extrusion and Packaging machinery
• Experience with ERP systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
