Overview Looking for a part-time personal assistant for a nonprofit Christian ministry. Must be organized and have experience with computers. Preferably retired with good health. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the executive's calendar using Outlook Calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Transcribe notes from meetings and prepare documents as needed.
• Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
• Organize files and maintain an efficient office environment.
• Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
• Assist with event planning, coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and other engagements.
• Support the team with DocuSign for document signing and management processes.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the executive team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook) and Google Suite applications.
• Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Previous experience in event planning is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Required)
